Precision Cue Repair warranties the work it performs and materials used against any industry standard defects.  If you feel that the work performed or the materials used to repair your cue are not satisfactory, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.  Precision Cue Repair will fix any defects in the work performed or materials used without any additional charges.  However, Precision Cue Repair will not provide refunds.  All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
